Definitely not a ‘catfish’ lurking in digital waters, she’s on a crusade against societal norms, proving that size is just a label and confidence comes in all shapes and sizes.

Whether she’s owning her workouts like a boss with her 5-6 times a week regime or throwing diet culture out of the window while digging into a bucket of fried chicken, she’s the embodiment of living life to the fullest, your way. To Sophia, living loud and proud isn’t just a phrase; it’s a daily to-do list involving meal prepping, thrifting, fashion ‘fits and horror flicks – all checked off with style.
