Former queen of the Shortland Street screens, Courtenay is an ambitious, articulate and animated actor who won the country over during her stint on Celebrity Treasure Island, picking up a ‘nom for NZ Personality of the Year and a loyal TikTok following she entertains on the daily.
Hectic filming schedules mean she opts for efficiency hacks that serve dual purposes in most aspects of her life, whether it’s mum-life, food boxes, multi-purpose skincare or the latest activewear that works just as hard out running as it does running errands.
Followers tune in for a behind the scenes peep at her life, her healthy and humorous take on the perks that come with the job, as well as her obsession with the outdoors – from horse riding and hiking, fishing to festivals.
